We don’t offer a first class free at this time. We recommend our week unlimited for $59.

Your 7 days begins on the first day you attend class. For example, if you purchase the intro membership on June 8th and go to class on June 10th, the membership doesn’t begin until June 10th.

We recommend taking our Form class for your first time! Our Signature Strength classes are intermediate to advanced.

Yes! You can book a class by going to Schedule (the little calendar icon) > finding your desired class > tapping Reserve.

You only need to be here 5 minutes early!

Grip socks are required for reformer classes. We have some for purchase if you need a pair! Grip socks are not necessary for our mat classes.

Drive safely. We don’t lock our doors. In the rare case that someone on the waitlist came to the studio to see if someone cancelled, and you’re not there after 5 minutes, your spot may be given to the waitlisted client.

We have two lots available! One on the West side of our building and one on the South side of our building. You may also park along 300 North.

We offer 50-minute reformer and mat Pilates classes rooted in the classical method with creative, modern, CHALLENGING flows and thoughtfully curated playlists.

We do! Email us at howdy@studiosevensisters.com for private bookings, events, or brand partnerships. Please let us know what format (reformer or mat) and the days/times you’re interested in booking, and we’ll send over our availability!

You can book guests through our website or mobile app. Make a reservation for yourself first, then click "Book A Guest" OR go to Schedule > find the class you’re interested in booking > select "Reserve for: Guest" and enter the guest's email if required > choose a membership/credit package that allows guest privileges > click "Complete Guest Reservation."

You can cancel your reservation through the website or app and rebook your desired class. If you are trying to cancel during the late cancel window, please email us at howdy@studiosevensisters.com and we can help.

We use an auto-fill waitlist. If you’re first on the waitlist and a spot opens more than 2 hours before class, you’ll be automatically added to the class.
If a spot opens within 2 hours of class, auto-fill turns off. We’ll then contact the waitlist directly, in order, to offer the open spot.
